ChLA Members:

The deadline for the ChLA Diversity Committee's 2012 ChLA Conference Panel is fast approaching. The panel for 2012 is “The State of Scholarship on Diversity in Children’s and Young Adult Literature”.

The International Committee focus panel for 2012 will examine children's literature in the Philippines. The call deadline for the panel has been extended until December 16, 2011.

Papers and panel proposals are now being accepted for the ChLA annual conference in June 2012 to be held at Simmons College in Boston. The deadline for submissions is January 15, 2012.
